Amanda Brandon - EAP Therapist
Amanda Brandon has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2011 and has been working with the Oklahoma State EAP for seven years. She works with adults and children who are experiencing anxiety and/or depression or those who have experienced trauma, helping them gain the tools necessary to combat these issues immediately and providing them with the resources they might need to find additional help after their sessions at the EAP office are over.
Outside of work she enjoys gardening, watercolor painting, and hiking with her teenage son and dog, Ace
Mary Fitch - EAP Therapist
Mary Graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in psychology and a minor in Spanish in 2008 and attended University of North Texas to earn a Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology in 2010. Mary worked at North Care as a supervisor in Adult Outpatient Services before becoming manager of Children’s Outpatient Services before starting her private practice in 2014.
Mary works with individuals, couples, and families, with an eclectic therapy approach that specializes in Cognitive Behavior Therapy. She is trained in several modalities including; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent Children Interactive Therapy, Trust-Based Relational Intervention, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Family Systems.
Brandi Gibson - EAP Therapist
Brandi graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma where she obtained her Bachelor of Education, in 1996, and then she went on to Southern Nazarene University where she received her Master of Art in Marital and Family Therapy in 2004.
For over 18 years now, Brandi has worked with individuals and their families who experience difficulties with substance abuse, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, trauma, and sexual orientation. She is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
In December 2016 Brandi received her 200 hour certification in Yoga. She has been teaching Yoga ever since at local Universities, churches, and Yoga studios. She is a registered Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance and has been incorporating some yoga practices into her mental health therapy.
Domonique LuGrand - EAP Therapist
Domonique LuGrand has been licensed as a professional counselor since 2020. She has worked in the mental health field in various capacities since 2008. Domonique works well with people experiencing the impact of traumatic events, anxiety and/or depression. Domonique provides a safe space for her clients to process and explore life stressors. Together, we will identify healthy ways to decrease anxiety and manage mood using your personal strengths and abilities.
Domonique enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family. Reading, listening to music and trying new restaurants. She enjoys caring for plants and is new to gardening.
Angela Monreno - EAP Therapist
Angela has been in the mental health field for almost 20 years and has been Licensed as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist since 2016. Angela is trained in several different trauma treatment modalities including EMDR, TF-CBT, Internal Family Systems and Making Sense of your worth. Angela likes to work with all age groups and can cover a wide range of subject matter. Angela loves rescuing animals and spending time with her family.
Marvin Smith - EAP Therapist
Marvin Smith has been a licensed professional counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug counselor since 2005. He works with mostly adults, some families. Most of his experience is working with individuals who suffer from substance abuse, trauma, mood and personality related issues. He utilizes cognitive behavioral, systemic, supportive, and psychodynamic therapies to address aforementioned mental health issues.
His personal interests are spending time with family, running, and fishing.
Renita Thomas - EAP Therapist
With 20+ years as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Renita has helped individuals, couples, and families during some of their most difficult times. Renita creates an atmosphere that is non-judgmental, compassionate and one that meets you where you are. Renita graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy. She taught psychology and sociology courses classroom lecture and online for Murray State College. She served our country in the United States Air Force and is a board approved LPC supervisor for the state of Oklahoma.
If you are feeling overwhelmed and not yourself; experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression; struggling with your faith; low self-worth; grief and loss; angry with God; compassion fatigued; health crisis; poor boundaries; relationship issues; struggling with forgiveness; caregiving and poor life/work balance, there is hope. Renita also has experience with utilizing and applying biblical principle with psychotherapy, she can provide counseling from a Christian framework to assist you on your journey of healing.
Holly Doane - EAP Case Management Specialist
Holly graduated in 2010 from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelors in Family Life Education, Marriage and Family. Before coming to the EAP office, she worked in multiple community mental health settings including North Care, Red Rock Behavioral Health. Holly also worked at HopeHouse OKC supporting homeless families break the cycles of poverty and homelessness. Through this experience she has worked with people in recovery, connecting people to local community resources, and supporting people in accomplishing their goals. Holly is passionate about providing compassionate care to those who are seeking the resources and the help they need. Holly resides in OKC with her husband and 2 kids. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, spending time outside, chai latte, and organizing.
M.J. Clausen - Director of Workforce Development
M.J. Clausen has been working in the mental health field for 16 years. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Professional in Human Resources, and Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist. M.J. has worked in inpatient and outpatient settings with private and non-profit organizations. She has implemented and supported programs that serve persons experiencing homelessness as well as persons with severe mental illness living in supportive housing. M.J. currently serves as the Director of Workforce Development at Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services where she works with peer recovery support, case management and wellness training specialists as well as the Employee Assistance Program which provides help to many state employees across Oklahoma. M.J. enjoys any opportunity to abolish stigma, dancing, meditation practice, eating Mexican food, spending time with family and friends and learning new things.
