Katie Lenhart
Katie Lenhart graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Public Relations. She has served on the Communications team at the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services for several years, starting with managing social media and media relations to managing statewide campaigns like the 988 Mental Health Lifeline and Naloxone Saves Lives. She has experience in all aspects of marketing and communications and is passionate about her work.

Rebecca Sheppard

Rebecca Sheppard
Rebecca Sheppard graduated in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She started doing social media and managing digital ads shortly after college at a marketing agency. She refers to herself as the department's “social media gal” and has been recognized as Oklahoma's NextGen 30 Under 30. She likes being outdoors, taking her adorable cat, Aioli, on walks, playing trivia and board games, writing and having difficult and meaningful conversations to grow and strengthen relationships. She has served at ODMHSAS since December 2021. She was drawn to DMH to help spread the message of what services and programs we offer in hopes that more people get the help they and their families need.

Cole Rachal

Cole Rachal
Cole Rachal has been with ODMHSAS for more than 10 years. He started as Video Production Specialist making short-form PSAs and online training materials. Since then, he has become involved with supporting a multitude of programs across the agency with work in graphic and web design, printed materials and video production. Cole is currently the Web Administrator and oversees the department’s web initiatives. He spends his time playing volleyball, board games and antagonizing his various pets to no end.

Santiago Solano

Santiago Solano
Santiago Solano, also known as Santi, graduated in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Media Production. He worked within the sports field throughout his college career, and as an intern at the OSU libraries as their video producer. Through his experience with OSU libraries, he realized he could apply the skills he’d learned for more than just sports. After college, he worked as a freelancer and created video for content creators on social media. He was hired this year in the Comms division and after just a couple of weeks of work it was made clear to him that this is what he wanted to do! He feels great about the work we do and is excited to grow his skills at ODMHSAS. He enjoys being outside with friends, cooking, playing board games and being active.

Glen Hayes
Graphic Designer,

Glen Hayes
Glen is a University of Central Oklahoma graduate with a bachelor's degree in Advertising and Journalism. He has worked as a graphic designer for two advertising agencies, two government contracts, and an innovative oil and gas company. Currently, Glen works as a Senior Graphic Designer for the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
He is a Adobe Certified Associate in graphic design and illustration and holds an ATD certification as a Master Instructional Designer. He views his time as a graphic designer as both positive and rewarding, aspiring to further contribute to the field of visual media. Committed to ongoing growth, he actively seeks new opportunities to enhance his skillset and evolve as a design professional.
