OHCA Board Meetings

Public Comment – as updated effective January 2021
Because of the expiration of Oklahoma 2020 SB 661, the public comment process for OHCA Board Meetings shall occur in person. 

Public Comment
In allowing in-person public comment, OHCA must take into account the public health and safety needs of board members, agency employees and members of the public who are in attendance. If you wish to sign up for public comment at the board meeting, you may do so in writing once the board agenda has been posted and no later than 24 hours before the meeting. Each person will be given 2 minutes to speak at the public hearing. The board meeting will allow each person 2 minutes for public comment and will be limited to the first 10 people who properly request to speak. Public comments will be limited to those items listed on the agenda. The OHCA Chair reserves the right to limit duplicative comments.
