1.All requests for protected health information (PHI) for research and/or marketing purposes are referred to the privacy officer, per Oklahoma Administrative Code 340:2-8-5.A valid authorization is not required when the PHI is requested by face-to-face contact from other Oklahoma Department of Human Services staff.
