340:25-5-203. Unemployment compensation intercept

     The State of Oklahoma withholds past-due and current child support from unemployment insurance benefit amounts in accordance with Section 654 of Title 42 of the United States Code, Section 302.65 of Title 45 of the Code of Federal Regulations, and Section 2-801 of Title 40 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
