This School Food Authority (SFA) operates the Special Milk Program.
The following areas were corrected prior to the On-Site Portion of this Administrative Review (AR):
- Civil Rights: The SFA did not have the USDA approved nondiscrimination statement in their website (FNS Instruction 113-1). Prior to the completion of this review the SFA added the approved non-discrimination statement to their website.
- Milk Pricing: The SFA was charging $0.60 per milk and was not reducing the price for milks by subtracting the reimbursement rate from the cost of the milk and the cost to administer the program (7 CFR Part 215). Prior to the completion of this review the SFA reduced the price for milks to $0.10 (effective 03/09/20) bringing their price per milk into compliance.
Corrective action for the above was made prior to the completion of this AR. No further action is required for the above.
There were no additional findings for this review.
Reviewer's Comments: I want to commend All Saints Catholic School for the good work that is done with the school's administration of the Special Milk Program.
