This School Food Authority (SFA) operates the Special Milk Program.

The following areas were corrected prior to the On-Site Portion of this Administrative Review (AR):

·       Counting and Claiming: A review of the counting and claiming system for Indian Nations Council, Boy Scouts of America’s counting system demonstrate a non-systemic counting and claiming errors for the review period (July 2021).  An under claim of 98 milks was discovered [7 CFR Part 215.10 (d)].  Prior to the On-Site visit on July 13, 2022, Indian Nations Council, BSA took corrective action by beginning to use an Excel spreadsheet to record milk counts that consolidate the daily counts into the monthly count.  The SA reviewer conducted a review of June 2022’s claim with the corrective action in place, and found no errors.

No further action is required for the above.
