This program assists children and youth from birth up to age 18 who receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Services provided through the SSI-DCP include supplemental oral formula, adaptive equipment that aids in accessibility or mobility and interaction/integration services aimed at strengthening the child physically or mentally.
Respite vouchers are also available through this program.

No, this is not a SoonerCare benefit. This funding comes from Title V of the Social Security Act, Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant. The funding for this Block Grant is approved on a yearly basis by the Federal Government.
Any child, from birth up to age 18, who receives SSI from the Social Security Administration.
