Individual Licensure

In Oklahoma, the practices of architecture and landscape architecture are restricted to licensed individuals and firms. (59 OS, Section 46.8a)

The use of the titles "Architect," "Landscape Architect," and "Registered Commercial Interior Designer" are restricted to only those individuals and firms that have been licensed by this Board. (59 OS, Section 46.38)
