Since April 2007 work-ready applicants have been joining our team with skills that match the jobs in our facility.
Since then, the company has seen shortened on-the-job training time, improved productivity with new hires that are meeting or exceeding learning and earnings curve expectations.
This pool of applicants is the single most valuable return on investment we have received by utilizing the WorkKeys system and Career Readiness Certificate.

Since we have incentive based pay, this allows employees to earn at a quicker pace.
