Program Strategist
The Program Strategist determines market strategies and designs the elements for their advertising and marketing campaigns. The Program Strategist works with internal Campaign Managers, Quality & Performance staff, Program Architects, and Program Managers to ensure TSET is communicating through the appropriate channels to reach intended audiences. The Program Strategist also works closely with TSET partners and the TSET Event and Outreach Coordinator to provide communication and public relations support to further the impact and reach of TSET programs.
Accountant
Under the direction of the Director of Finance, the Accountant II will be assigned responsibilities involving professional level work in the maintenance, analysis, interpretation, and management of financial accounting data. This includes the preparation and posting of various journals, ledgers and accounts, analysis and presentation of financial data, and preparation of financial statements and expenditure reports, review and approval of various vouchers and invoices for payment, analyzing budget requirements, preparing payroll data, allocation of funds to various accounts or functions, preparing purchase orders and change orders, and other similar activities.
Human Resource Management Specialist
Under the direction of the Chief of Staff, the Human Resources Management Specialist is responsible for human resources initiatives for TSET. This position leads human resources efforts for the agency and acts as a liaison between the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Human Capital Management (HCM) and the agency to provide support to agency employees for benefits, payroll, recruiting, and employee relations needs. The Human Resources Management Specialist also assists the division of Quality and Performance with the agency’s customer relationship management system, providing administrative technical assistance and support to system users.
