COVID-19 Testing: How to register for a COVID 19 test online or you can call (580) 223-9705 and the Health Department staff will set up an appointment for you.
COVID-19 Vaccines: Regular COVID-19 vaccine clinic hours are Mondays 8:15-11:00 am and 1:30-4:00 pm and on Fridays from 8:15-11:00 am. Walk-ins will be seen on other days and times if staff is available.
