New Home Health Agencies

With the implementation of iQIES, new home health agencies are no longer required to complete a successful OASIS test transmission. However, all other regulatory requirements must be followed. If you have questions regarding these requirements please contact the Home Health Services Division at: (405) 426-8470. 

The QIES Department serves home health agencies through:

• Providing assistance to clinicians or data entry personnel regarding OASIS clinical assessment items, validation reports, correction/transmission issues, or report access. They can call the OASIS Help Desk at (405) 426-8160 or email us at: OASIShelp@health.ok.gov where our staff will be happy to help.
• QIES also offers OASIS educational workshops at various times during the year. Training announcements are sent to the administrator of the home health agency so be sure and watch for these announcements.
