Appointments are preferred.  Walk-ins will be seen if staff is available.

People with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should wear a mask.
As of April 18, 2022 masks are no longer required on public transportation – Check the link in case circumstances have changed.

Fitness Lovers of Washington County, aka “FLOWCo,” is a free 12-week couch-to-5K program for all fitness levels. Two sessions are offered per year, one in spring and one in fall.
