This order form is only for certified corner monuments. Original field notes and plats can now be obtained online from the Bureau of Land Management.

The corner monuments do not include personal property surveys. Land ownership is a county record (click to download the PDF listing of county officials). The original land patents can be obtained from the above mentioned website.
