Reference and Circulation
The Department of Libraries helps provide access to many resources for learning and research. ODL shares materials, books, audiobooks, videos, and more with public libraries through interlibrary loan. ODL also houses a large collection of reference materials. There are also a number of resources available online.

ODL provides open access to Oklahoma’s documents, images, publications and historical archives as well as research and learning platforms.

The Law and Legislative Reference Collection contains materials to support the work of state officials, legal professionals and Oklahoma courts.
