We have upgraded PeopleSoft Financials version 9.2 to image 33, as well as to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

While it is a cloud infrastructure, it is not cloud-based.
While the upgraded system contains additional capabilities the state will roll out over time, the modules you currently work in will function basically the same as they do now. The look, feel and navigation are different.
