Event pre-registration is handled through the expo's secure registration website through Sept. 6, 2024. On-site registration is available the morning of the event. Select the Registration tab for details and instructions. If you have any questions about registration, please email stateexpo@omes.ok.gov.

Yes! A variety of snacks, along with coffee and water, will be provided.

Currently, the only booths at the event are hosted by the State of Oklahoma. There will be a Supplier Registration booth in the middle, framed by government sector booths that represent all the different services the state provides.

Yes, you are more than welcome to come prepared to talk about your company’s services and share information that might be beneficial to project leaders.

Yes. There will be a whole booth dedicated to government efficiency and technology, hosted by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, which oversees the state's IT network. Our workers at this booth are very knowledgeable on state technology needs and ongoing or upcoming projects.
