Oklahoma Arts Council grants ensure individuals statewide have access to the arts. Much of the agency's budget is invested directly into Oklahoma communities in the form of grants, and more than 40 percent of the agency's grant funding supports arts and arts education programming in rural areas.

The Priddy Foundation is dedicated to the support of programs in human services, education, the arts, and health, which offer significant potential for individual development and community improvement.

The DG Literacy Foundation grant programs are available to qualifying organizations in the 44 states where Dollar General stores are located. They award funding to organizations that provide direct services to adults in need of literacy assistance in one of the following areas: Adult Education Instruction, GED or high school equivalency preparation, and English Language Acquisition.

The Pilcrow Foundation mission is to provide new, quality, hardcover children’s books to rural public libraries across the United States. The new books provided through the Children’s Book Project become part of the library’s permanent children’s book collection, thus ensuring children’s access to quality books for years to come.

Are you affiliated with an organization in a low-income or underserved area that needs a small library, needs to rebuild or add to a library, or serves children who would benefit by being given new books to take home? The Lisa Libraries donates new children's books and small libraries to organizations that work with kids in poor and under-served areas.

Giving primarily for health, and children and social services; support also for the arts and cultural programs.

A blog site put together by authors of the book, Winning Grants: A How-To-Do-It Manual for Librarians,  Stephanie Gerding and Pam MacKellar. The site lists new and updated library grant opportunities.

NNLM offers funding for projects that improve access to health information, increase engagement with research and data, expand professional knowledge, and support outreach that promotes awareness and use of NLM resources in local communities.

RCDI grants are awarded to help non-profit housing and community development organizations, low-income rural communities and federally recognized tribes support housing, community facilities and community and economic development projects in rural areas.

GRDA supports and assists activities, organizations, and causes which advance both governmental public purposes, as well as corporate purpose of GRDA by promoting community and economic development, tourism and recreational activities.
