February 2021 Winter Storm - Who has paid for Uri-related extreme costs using securitization?

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission’s Public Utility Division (PUD) filed an application on January 10, 2022 before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission requesting that all companies be required to publicly disclose who has paid for extreme costs during winter storm Uri.
