Regular meetings are held at pre-specified times and locations, as filed with the Oklahoma Secretary of State. For 2024, regular meetings may be held on Tuesdays at 1:30 p.m., on Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m., or on Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m., in Suite C50 of the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., OKC. Regular meetings are posted no later than 24 hours prior to each meeting.
Special meetings may be held Monday through Friday at times and/or locations other than those listed above. Special meetings are posted no later than 48 hours prior to each meeting.
