Job Openings vs. Unemployment
May 2024: Oklahoma's number of job openings and the number of unemployed persons was little changed over the month.
In May, job openings rates increased in 6 states, decreased in 1 state, and were little changed in 43 states, including Oklahoma and the District of Columbia. Over the month, the national job openings rate was little changed.
Oklahoma’s job openings rate was unchanged at 6.0 percent in May. Over the month, the national job openings rate was unchanged at 4.9 percent.
