Community Analysis & Linkages
The Community Analysis & Linkages (CAL) team promotes cross-cutting collaboration both internally and externally, seeking to incorporate Social Drivers of Health to improve the health and well-being of all Oklahomans. CAL collects and uses data from the community and its partners to assess health needs across the state and how to address those needs through community health programming.
