Data Analytics & Evaluation

The Data Analytics & Evaluation team provide evaluation, facilitation and data support to various grants and programs across OSDH.

They do this through:

  • Developing and implementing evaluation plans, logic model, performance measure and reports
  • Developing maps, dashboards, infographics, and other data visuals for reports
  • Developing resources and train districts and partners around quantitative and qualitative data collection tools, CHNAs, etc.
  • Coordinating CDC’s School Health Profiles survey among principals and lead health educators every even year
  • Tracking, monitoring and reporting data trends through various reports and products i.e. Wellness County Profiles
