Public Comment on Utility Cases
Want to weigh in on an active utility case? There are five ways you can reach us.
All comments are public record and are entered into the case's documents.
Find the case number using the Commission's Electronic Case Filing system.
You may come to a hearing in person and provide comments to the judge and/or Commissioners. For more information about accessing the Will Rogers Building, please click here.
We're located at the Will Rogers Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73105.
Once you reach the courtroom, you must sign in using the sign-in sheet. The judge or Commissioners will call for comments.
Our hearings are also accessible via Zoom. Commissioners typically hear public comments in cases, so hearings are conducted as Commission meetings.

Send an email with your name, address, your utility name, the case number and any comments to the Consumer Services Department at CS@occ.ok.gov.
